Any exact timings?
Can't answer for Brighton - Portsmouth

But all Seaford services are 313s

And all Littlehampton - Portsmouth are 313s - These interwork with the Barnham - Bognor - Littlehampton services if you look through these on Real Time Trains these you should be able to find all the timings there but they rotate to Portsmouth every 4 hours e.g 08:01 wont be back till around 11:50 with the other 3 doing the hours in between

Not all may show up as 313s and may be on the day subbed for a 377

Hope this helps

With respect this is incorrect as routes in bold haven’t been solely 313 for a few months now, as they begin to wind down.

With respect - the Littlehampton - Southsea's are solidly 313 as they are the 4 units that berth at Bognor.
The only exception is 0707 LIT-PMS which is booked 377/4. Looking back the last 2 weeks I can only find 2 substitution with 377's

Bump - Are the diagrams on that website still accurate? Or if not where I can find up to date ones?

You’ll likely be far better off checking in the 313 withdrawal thread, where they’re discussing remaining services on a day to day basis:

If you haven’t noticed already then scroll down to the “calendar” for today’s up to date allocations of units to diagrams.

377's have been know to deputise for 313's - especially if a 313 fails and it's not economical to repair them

And "that website" you refer to is as accurate as things go. PTS gives up a lot of his time every morning to post them and if you read his site, there is a disclaimer. Nothing is guaranteed and substitutions do happen at short notice
