The circular 57/58 being the only local bus at this time of day we decide not to visit another suburb, so head back at 2208 to Redditch Bus Station, arriving at 2212 on Thursday.

We next board the 2120 Diamond Bus service 57 to Abbeydale (the bus stop opposite Meadowhall Road on Easemore Road) that arrives there at 2128 on Thursday evening.
I assume this is MeadowHill Road in Redditch?

We cross over to the railway station and board the 2231 West Midlands Trains service 2G72 to Selly Oak, arriving there at 2302 on Thursday evening.

Noting that a 12-minute minimum connection time that applies at this large station, but trains are still available at this late hour, we make our way into the railway station with time to spare to board the 0002 West Midlands Trains service to Wolverhampton that arrives there at 0028 on Friday morning.

Thanks for bringing such a silly mistake by me to light and so this will not disrupt the smooth flow of this quiz to other contributors, I have now struck-through the posting that caused the said problem.
Striking through the post does disrupt the flow as we now have a missing move. Can the move not just be corrected?

As the move has been struck through, surely this then means play returns to

"Winyates, Ibstock House arriving at 2056 on Thursday" ?

I will have to leave it struck through out of respect to the contestant who felt it necessary to bring the attention of all contestants by making a posting about the faux pas involved rather than sending a message about the matter, which would have brought about the required correction.

I have also struck-through a later-made posting as I am sure that too would have been challenged.
In which case, for the avoidance of doubt, play resumes from this post:

We continue with the 2043 Diamond service 58 to Winyates, Ibstock House arriving at 2056 on Thursday.

Yeah surely this causes further problems as it's only an incorrect spelling, not an invalid move?

Surely we can continue from Selly Oak as normal?

The query was apparently raised, not because of the actual road that the bus was travelling along which was Easemore Road, but just a side road, which the bus in question did not travel upon, but that appeared to have been a bone of contention and not knowing how the query would have affected matters, I thought it best to strike the whole posting out.

Another contestant had made a posting after the referred posting of Selly Oak.

I think it may have caused further problems to be honest as we're now back at Winyates and all other subsequent moves have to be cancelled now because you cancelled yours, when it was a perfectly valid move.

Team: Are we back at Winyates, or are we happy to continue on from Wolverhampton as per post #33936, as in fairness posts #33932, #33933, #33935 and #33936 were all valid and I think we ought to resolve this as quickly as possible?

I vote for Wolverhampton if Common Sense is allowed to provail.
I am quite disappointed after recently returning from some time away from the quiz that such pedantic occurances are still all too common.

Assuming we are continuing from Wolverhampton and in an effort to get the game back on the rails (pun) we will return a few hours later for the 0520 Avanti West Coast service to Lockerbie arriving at 0813 on Friday morning.

I have now taken a sabbatical away from this quiz and have not left my past "bone of contention" queried posting in the current hiatus unstruck.,,,but for the sake of keeping matters on an even keel, I have unstruck the last one that I made to Wolverhampton, as that has been referred to in a follow-on posting by another thread contributor.

Few options here, so we await the next Houston's service 380 at 1035. We will continue on to Moffat, High Street arriving there at 1050 on Friday morning.

Agreed. There was a much simpler alternative, but never mind.
