Indeed i forgot about the 442 which counts for both SWT and SWR as both of them introduced and withdrew them. The 707 entered service with SWT for just one day only. Otherwise the 707 would count too.

Not 442 with SWT - they were inherited from Britsh Rail.

For ScotRail, the Class 68-hauled Mk2 sets on the Fife Circle (two 68s were reliveried/re-vinyled for the service, but other 68s often appeared), in service from April 2015 to May 2020 (completely within the Abellio franchise). Same applies to the Class 67-hauled Mk2 sets used on the same line during the First ScotRail era: they were introduced during that franchise and were phased out before Abellio took over.

It was those, the 365s, the 322s (seperate stints with both the National Express and First franchises, so they don't count as per the OP's criteria) and the Class 90/MK3/DVT short sets that saw use on the North Berwick line are the only ScotRail examples I can really think of that slot into the OP's criteria at all (though IIRC the North Berwick Class 90/MK3/DVT short sets managed to last from the Nat X to the First era).

Everything else was either inherited from BR then eventually withdrawn/cascaded elsewhere (101s, 117s, 150s, 303s, 305s & 314s), inherited from BR and are still in service (156s, 158s, 318s & 320/3s) or were introduced in the privatization era (153s, 170s, 320/4s, 334s, 380s, 385s & the Inter7City HST sets).

That may be stretching the rules a little bit because those were introduced by Gatwick Express as a separate franchise run by National Express and inherited by Southern when GX was merged with them in 2008.

What about some of the 319/3s that transferred to northern when the chat moss was electrified to liverpool lime street, then some got withdrawn when the 331s entered service.
319362 was one of the ones to go off lease and also had the name the northern powerhouse.

Didn't the Pretendolino operate, albeit for one journey at the end of December from MAN to MIA to fulfil a part of the franchise agreement?
