Not sure about steam as I have zero interest, but as far as diesel books go:

Power of the 20s, 31s, 33s, Hymeks, 37s, 40s, Warships, Peaks, 47s, 50s, Westerns, Deltics, 56s, 60s, Electro-Diesels, AC Electrics.

The 'Profile' series of books by OPC is also very good.

Power of the 20s is a relatively recent publication, only published in 2007.

I have the ED book and no interest in steam but thankyou. I wouldn't mind getting hold of the Power of the Hymeks / Warships as they are rather rare it seems, and they would complete my collection.
