trainee senior conductor situation judgement test advice

Hi everyone i have for the second time applied for a trainee senior conductor role in Birmingham. i have been offered the chance to do the SJT but last time i think nerves got the better of me and i failed. I also thought that many of the multiple choice answers were very similar. Any advice on this test would be greatly appreciated.

Is this an OPC situational test, or one provided online by the TOC before psychometrics?

The questions are very similar probably on purpose in order to see that you are answering consistently and not just giving the responses you think they want to hear !

Hi mate it's an online situation judgement test that's all i know

Is this an OPC situational test, or one provided online by the TOC before psychometrics?

I believe its the one before the pshycometric test

It's definitely before any form of psychometrics. The only thing I can suggest is as previously mentioned. Remain consistent with your answers. Also, put safety before everything else. Even if it means a slight delay. That's how I've passed them three times. As much as customer service is part of the job, safety 100% trumps everything else.

It's hard to give a definite answer, though. But as a conductor, your job is to provide customer service whilst ensuring the safety of passengers and crew on board
