When did the NMT powercars become MTU-engined?

Hi there, would anyone know what dates the individual NMT powercars were fitted with MTU engines? (I'd assume they were at different times?). That's all - many thanks

From a quick search:
43013 - Entered BRUSH in March 2009, returned to service after refurbishment in June 2009.
43014, 43062 - Entered BRUSH in Summer 2009, returned to service after refurbishment in October 2009 and Jan 2010.
