Hi,

I have had a delay repay claim rejected by Northern, they claimed that the service was not delayed (it wasnt, it skipped my stop entirely so had to get the next train that was also delayed).

I appealed saying that it skip stopped and they still rejected it saying it hadnt according to their systems. RTT is showing that the service skipped the stop.

The web link to contest this via their complaints is not working, any other ideas?

I asked the same question on Twitter a few weeks ago and Northern Twitter team advised me to email complaints@northernrail.co.uk, so I did but my email bounced back! (Very poor from then) I then emailed enquiries@northernrailway.co.uk and that got a reply in my favour so may be worth emailing enquiries@northernrailway.co.uk

If they told you @northernrail.co.uk and you used @northernrail.co.uk then yes it would bounce. Email addresses at Northern are @northernrailway.co.uk so either complaints or enquiries should work with that.
