Even so, I have used the St Pancras service a number of times with advance tickets (if only South Eastern did advance tickets!) to go further afield in the country and been impressed otherwise.
SET's pricing manager apparently doesn't like Advance tickets, and may get angry at the thought of you using his shiny new trains on Advance tickets further afield.

I think the chances of SET doing Advance tickets is very remote, until there's a change of personnel in certain areas.

How ridiculous  Most people trying to get themselves a libel charge do so with an inkling of fact at least.

What source do you have for that supposed fact?

Oh yes, his views are indeed ridiculous.

Ah, you are claiming I am making it up. That could be seen as libel by you!

What source do you have for that supposed fact?
With all due respect, if you did less posting and more reading you'd know the answer to that. The answer is East Coast, see FOI request topic.

Do you have anything to add to this topic?

See my PM. What you have said is almost the definition of libel! You, as you are posting behind a pseudonym are not an identifiable figure.

I have far better things to do with my time than read topics I'm not remotely interested in.

If you are not "remotely interested" in one of the most interesting topics in Fares & Ticketing we've ever had, then I do question why you bother to post in this section?

Given that you were not adding to the topic at all and just wanted to argue with me, a PM would have been more suitable.

I've read your PM and have replied, and any further correspondence with you will be via PM.
