With some massive increases in energy proces, what measures can public transport concerns do to cut energy use?
Went onto Hellifield station at 18:00 on Monday. Sun out, birds singing. But all the lights on.
And trains run round with their lights on all day even when its bright weather.
What else could be done.
(I am talking cutting costs, not worrying about emissions etc.)
