Boundary Zone Fares Not Available

I looked up boundary zone 4 fares to Clapham Junction (CLJ) on brfares.com and it seems none available. Are there any boundary zone x fares to stations within the boundary zone? I have a Gomshall to London Zones 4,5,6 annual season ticket (any permitted). I wish to travel from Upper Warlingham to Epsom, I could either go via Norwood Junction, involving several changes, or via CLJ which is quicker, but there are 2 routes from CLJ - Sutton or Wimbledon. Via Wimbledon is normally quicker. I understand I could take the tram to Wimbledon as well, but unlikely to be as quick. How does that work, Wimbledon is in zone 3?

BZ fares aren't intended for filling "holes" in a Travelcard like that, rather they are for going outside of London - you would need to use a point to point ticket from the last station in zone 4 to wherever you're going. In my understanding you can use this on a non-stop train as a season ticket is involved.

In theory you would buy a Zone 2-3 travelcard but such a thing doesn't exist.

Why can't you just change East Croydon to West Croydon, walking the five minutes in between or using a bus? Direct trains run from West Croydon to Epsom.

Alternatively, a paper ticket is needed from Thornton Heath to Raynes Park. The fact there are two routes to Epsom just means you need to choose one.

Taking the tram from East Croydon to Mitcham Junction is another option entirely within the validity of your existing ticket.

Ok, thanks, I suppose I get 1/3 off any fare with my gold card, so Thornton Heath to Raynes Park (SWR) would be £2.80, even cheaper via Southern (Mitcham Junction) at £2.35.

Taking the tram from East Croydon to Mitcham Junction is another option entirely within the validity of your existing ticket.

If going by tram, that's a long way to do it - you'd get off at W Croydon and get the train from there. That was effectively an old commute of mine (Upper Warlingham-E Croydon-(Tram)-W Croydon-though I got off at Sutton), and valid with the Gomshall + 4-6 travelcard (I'm presuming that it is valid via Dorking and Leatherhead).

There's one caveat to the "inward" Boundary Zone fares, which is that they do exist for point-to-point journeys on the DLR and London Underground, so you can get Boundary Zone 4 to Zone U123 tickets, for example.
