Does anyone know where the training actually takes place (FL training centre)?

At my DMI they said it could be anywhere. Often been in Crewe but also Ipswich for example.

HH all over. IM, mainly wcml, liv, manc. HH roster is 17 week x 3 per year, abc banding.

Is it different for different areas? I was told in my DMI rosters are weekly and released Friday afternoon.

Diagram confirmation is Friday for following sat-sun. But base roster is known weeks ahead if u don't want to move bands/jobs

Sorry for the silly questions. Just had an email saying my OPC results have been received, but it says I may be put into a talent pool depending on when courses and if they are full. I was under the impression that passing all stages up to this point meant I wouldn’t be in a talent pool.

I got this a couple of weeks back

"So what happens next?

We have a number of courses running this year, as such we are in the process of allocating candidates to these, once this is complete we will send you a conditional offer of employment."

Was this the same as yours?

I'm wondering if a good number of us have passed and the goal posts moved?

I went last week, I’ve applied for Hope Earles Sidings so HH. Yourself?

Not that long at all…only advertised in Nov! It’s Feb and they about to send out offers, that’s extremely quick in railway recruitment I’d say! Read some other threads, 1 to 2 years or more!

Out of interest, "about to send out offers" are you thinking that's imminent or weeks off? I'm new to this process.

Totally agree, November to now certainly is quick!

Just going by where people say they are in the process, and that they have posted up the emails saying that they may get sent an offer or that they may have to wait, ie be in a Talent Pool.
