Jobs aren't being offered until post mmi + medical with lner. By all accounts no one has done the MMI yet.

Just done my video interview. Took 2 attempts at them all apart from 1.

Anyone else curse & swear in between the questions?

I did the video interview middle of January. Gives me hope that I might get a teams interview if they haven't stopped the process yet!

And yes, I swore pre and post every question lol.

I’ve also been asked for GCSE results. Anyone who has been asked then been progressed through to the stage after video interview?

Me too! Means it's team interview stage and then possibly live assessments. Well done all and sorry for those that possibly had to fail for me to get the opportunity

GCSEs are required to progress to psychometrics as it’s a condition of the apprenticeship to have them.

Either means you’re about to be invited to the DMI, or if you’ve done that already, the assessment centre.

This is incorrect.

In regards to GCSE’. It’s all to do with the apprenticeship and a good sign if you’re being asked for them

Not that I’m aware. Lots for Leeds but I haven’t heard of anyone for KX who has progressed further. I could be wrong.
