In this case encouraging unhealthy levels of wine consumption. Pseudomedicine is also dangerous as it can mislead people to believe that they don't to seek the real treatment that they need.
We have had a lot of Pseudomedicine and Pseudoscience rammed down our throats for nearly 2 years.
Why not celebrate an optimistic story?
I had been wondering why I could break more English and Welsh rules than BoJo probably had parties - but remained fit and healthy.
Two items of news came out last week.
An article I think which was in the Daily Telegraph reported that scientists had confirmed that some people are immune to Covid - which I had always presumed.
Then there was the news about the red wine
Now I would rather accept and celebrate that sort of thing than listen to doom and gloom Whitty / Valance / Ferguson etc.
Just as we choose which politicians to believe - we can chose which scientists to believe as well.
Over the years red wine has experienced periods of being acknowledged by some scientists and medics as being good for you and others that it is bad for you.
As I have tended to drink a fair amount of it without any ill effects - I would say it is not doing me any harm and drinking wine is preferable to having a vaccine injected into me which has been proven in a few cases to have had very negative effects.
One only has to wonder why 80,000 to 100,000 NHS staff are fighting for the right not to have the vaccine.
