It’s my understanding that it was an agreement made during the COVID saga, so that fresh trainees who were having to sit at home still had some incentive to stick with it. It’s yet to be rescinded.

It’s tells you what to expect and how to prepare on or the info they send you.

For which location ? reading back over the thread it seems quite a few have already taken their DMI's and been offered course start dates.

Sorry I should clarify, from the latest round of interviews which have taken place after Xmas. I think there have been applicants for both depots.

Well passed my psychometrics at enhanced level today. Not sure how I did with the MMI though, they give nothing away.

First time I’ve sat an MMI and I felt it was a shame as normally interviews are my strong point but in this structure I felt I couldn’t really show my personality.

Guess I’ll find out in a week or so how I did.

Well done! Don’t judge the MMI like a normal interview, they are looking for certain responses to tick off the qualities they are looking for. Good luck!

I’m worried about mine, she seemed to be circling a lot of boxes on her sheet on some of my responses but then none on others, then she counted them at the end and ended the interview, left me none the wiser

Does anyone have a contact for who is managing/dealing with it? I applied but haven’t heard nothing yet, and reading people being quite far ahead I was going send a chase up email? Thank you in advance

They are going through the process as far as I know and you just need to sit tight and see if you will be called up next. They are apparently sifting in order of application result. I know someone who was just called up for assessment this week.

Ahhh okay thank you. Yeah I’ve never had an email saying I’ve been successful on my application on processing to the next stage or nothing… just haven’t received anything since I applied.

You should get given a few different dates and times to choose from.

They said they’d let me know by the end of the week. I’m sure I messed up a couple of questions so wasn’t expecting to get through.
