The interview wasn't too gruelling, can't really state what questions were asked as on application it specifically said not to share this kind of info that would give others an unfair advantage but I will say dont sweat it too much and take your time to answer, I didn't really prepare at all and I think it went OK good luck all

It was okay to be honest, fairly relaxed.. Nothing to stressful. Was my 1st DMI so I don't have much to compare against.
Agree with Woodsy though, just take your time and answer honestly.

my DMI was very laid back. i think if they like you and you can fit in and obvusly if you answer the question correctly you are put through to the next round.
previous DMI's i have faced with other TOCs where tough.

I’ve had mine and got this vibe too. Very relaxed and informal. Best of luck to everyone who hasn’t had theirs yet and let’s hope for some good news soon!

It was a relaxed atmosphere for my DMI as well, they may select more than needed as the psychometric tests are still to come and unfortunately some people won’t make it past those as well.

Anyone started to practice for the psychometric yet just in case the assessment centres are soon? I am hoping that I only have to do the DFFT and MMI if they accept my previous results.

I'm starting practicing today.. Practice makes perfect right.
Really like the idea of FOC over TOC to be honest. So really hoping to get through this

I’ve just printed off group bourdon practice so have plenty of practice to make perfect.
Wonder if the two stages are separate or on the same day?

Will have to wait and see. When I did it last time all the pen and paper tests was done on one day then the results given a week later along with confirmation for the second day. and on the second day it was the computer based tests in the morning with the MMI in the afternoon.

I had a manager interview in Crewe on 9th November for a job at Tunstead. Did they say how long until next stage or when a training course may start? I just got told when arranging interview it was for a training course to start next year?

I passed the psycometric tests. When i did mine it was 2 separate days in Watford. Mine was December 2019 at Watford FC and January 2020 at The OPC.

I was told on the day. Sounds like we being the recruitment process differently though as i have already done my tests with the OPC

Nice one. I have already passed my tests with the OPC so sounds like they are doing the recruitment process a bit different? Thank you for that as i did not get told the first one would be in March but thats good to know. HR were not in my interview so that is why i dint get that info i would say.

Does anyone have any tips for part 3 of the visual search exercise? I know we are meant to prioritise the dots on the left but any tips on trying to do both? Or downloading any apps to help me practice?? Or anything that could be useful? Much appreciated! I have researched already so I know what...

Somewhere in the middle of that thread has the details of the test on the day.
My best advice is just know what tests might come up and be prepared, use the practice to ask questions and make sure you 100% understand and don’t overthink it.

Had my DMI today, it was a really positive experience, I had a lot of respect for the 2 guys carrying it out, very professional and knowledgeable.

Just have to wait now for a result now.
