Looks like 1400 KGX - ABD is culprit Royal Train going via jointIs this still containing HRH? I see 1Z40, just north of Doncaster now, potentially subject to disruption as it appears maybe overhead wire problems between Donny and Retford. Wonder if the driver signs the joint line?
Not sure, the Hull train prior to the Aberdeen was sat in Doncaster for around 80 minutes and now terminated. Think that may have been the culprit.Looks like 1400 KGX - ABD is culprit Royal Train going via joint
Went up WCML last night towards Glasgow I believe. Charles just got off at Newcastle, there’s a video on Twitter
Charles was in Newcastle for an event at the Princes Trust with Cheryl, as well as to unveil a plaque at Haymarket Metro station. Is this still containing HRH? I have seen a report that Charles rejoined the train at DurhamGiven the priority that 1Z40 has been given for diversion via the Joint Line I suspect HRH is onboard.

It does have priority and yes, anything else would be looped if necessary.A quick question on this.... Does the Royal train get immediate preference with signallers? I know it probably seems like a stupid question, but I'm thinking if it is in progress and conflicts with timetabled services, would the timetabled services be held/put in a siding/put on slow lines to allow it to pass??
So not only does Charlie think everything smells of fresh paint, he also thinks the trains always run on time.It does have priority and yes, anything else would be looped if necessary.
