Is anyone aware of how many drivers they are looking for at Chingford.

I have applied for both SWT and NXEA.

I live only a few miles away from Chingford so that would suit me better but if SWT are after more drivers (and as you need to live within 45 mins of the Waterloo depot) I may stand a better statistical chance of getting a place.

Hello all,

I've downloaded the application form and have been slightly stumped by one of the early sets of questions...

It asks if you need to relocate for the role (which I would) but then goes on to ask about how you would get to work and the most convenient rail station. Now, for the station do I enter my current local one, or the station I hope to be closest to after relocating?

As of today, Chingfords roster of 114 lines has 13 vaccancies in it. 4 Depot drivers from Ilford are with minders at the moment doing their hours, that leaves 9 vaccancies. Whether or not they are looking to fill all of those I have no idea sorry. But gives you a rough idea.

EDIT....Another 7 or so new faces around today in a big group....so your looking at probably 1 or 2 spaces unless they plan to over compliment.
