Been almost 2.5 years since application up till now. Really has been a bit of a mess…I get that Covid has had a massive affect on all companies, but really had little transparency from the company at all

As you are in a 'talent pool' and haven't been offered a job I would definitely apply for other vacancies. You've passed all the assessments but are not guaranteed a job. How has it been a bit of a mess by the way?
