Any Drivers for SE trains here? What’s the training salary? For how long are you on that? When do you start to increase? Maybe looking to relocate
Thanks

New driversNew or qualified?
My advice would be to apply regardless if this is what you want to do as there’s always so many applicants, chances of making it past the papersift are relatively low. You can cross other bridges when you get there.New drivers
Messaged you mate.New drivers
That’s the risk I guess, however, not many fail training in the grand scheme of things.I've known people take a pay cut to start training, and rack up their lifestyle on the credit card. Once qualified they paid off the bill on the card.
Doesn't work so well if you fail your training though.
"year of incident free solo driving"New starters from external are on about 23k(plus any allowances) after you complete traction it goes up to about 27k (plus allowances) then once you pass out it goes up to 46k (plus allowances) then after a year of incident free solo driving goes to 54 (plus allowances). Internal staff pay is a bit different
Depends on the incident. Could lose your job"year of incident free solo driving"
What if you don't have an incident free first year? Do they delay your increase?
I’m interested in that too, as it seems a bit underhand given the nature of the job. In the grand scheme of things, unless it’s a string of incidents, or one particularly serious one, discarding the unlikely event of losing your job, would they hold the money back?Depends on the incident.
