Hi all
I made a journey from Millom to London Euston on the 18th October. This was a split ticket.
Journey was
11.01 Millom to Barrow
11.53 Barrow to Manchester Piccadilly
14.12 Manchester Piccadilly to Euston

The 11.53 from Barrow was delayed by 15 mins into Picadilly making me miss the 14.12 ( not enough time to get to the concourse in fact I witnessed my train pulling out) The ticket office at Manchester Piccadilly issued me a ATT for the 14.55 to Euston. I have just been on web cat with Northern who insist the 11.53 was cancelled at Wigan (it wasnt).
I have attached the tickets , but there is no provision on the Northern website for split ticket claims.

Could anyone advise the best way to claim?
Much appreciated20211024_120739.jpg

Real Time Trains certainly seems to confirm that your train from Barrow-in-Furness arrived late at Manchester Piccadilly. What data source were Northern looking at?

You could also phone them on 0800 200 6060 and then pick the extension that you need.
