Timetable question - Wisbech (coach) to Peterborough

Looking at tomorrow:

I see all the Coaches are at quarter to the hour from wisbech (08:45, 09:45, etc).

Yet the official timetable for the bus route (https://www.firstbus.co.uk/uploads/maps/FEC - excel A B C D - Bus Times from 11-04-21.pdf - page 8) shows the departure times at 01 past the hour (09:01, 10:01, etc).
Traveline.info also says it's at 01 and I know it's generally correct.

What's going on?

One explanation... If the bus company doesn't tell the train company the times have changed then old times stay in the system.

Plausible, but impressive if they managed to fail like that in this age of everything-digital.
Traveline.info knows the correct times so clearly they share with some folks.

It happens.

Bus company must tell TOC. TOC must send to Network Rail. Network Rail have to input and send to journey planners.

Check bustimes.org. they use the national bus database so are usually right.

Clearly the bus schedule wasn’t updated in NRE for whatever reason, presumably human error during the pandemic.

Shouldn't happen, but it has, and needs correcting.

Back in June 2019 westbound Sunday departures were at xx.45. In the Feb 2020 timetable (so still pre-pandemic) they had moved to xx.05. I don't have any subsequent timetables before the current Apr 2021 one, or any that might have been issued between 6/19 and 2/20, but it looks as though this NRE JP error may have persisted for at least 19 months...

I mean, that's impressive in and of itself.
So, how do you go around letting NR know that it's broken? I get the feeling contacting the NR customer support line will get a lot of "blank stare" equivilents.

No idea! I might start with First - they have a contact form on the website:
https://www.firstbus.co.uk/norfolk-suffolk/help-and-support/#get-in-touch
and it might be worth explaining that they need to make sure NR receives their latest timetable. (Of course, they may have sent it, and the problem is at the NR end.)

Departures from Wisbech on weekdays and Saturdays are generally 05 and 30 in both directons. This applies from 10.05 until at least 17.05

Given the amount of queries of this nature that land in my inbox I’d say the blank stare comment wouldn’t apply.

My earlier post stated the process, bus company tells TOC, TOC tells NR, NR inputs what TOC sends them. I’d go to the TOC first. That said I’ll do some digging tomorrow to see which TOC submits the buses in this case.

It’s where I’d put my money if I were a betting lass. I will check. Don’t do a lot with buses except import and publish so don’t look at the detail.

They are shown as GR (LNER) on Realtime Trains, so I'd assume that to be correct
