What's up with this unit please. Appears to have been stopped for well over a week now. Is it undergoing some heavy exam/bogie overhaul at Lover's?

Not in a position to say, but Seaford diagrams are 377s vice 313. Could just be the hot weather they've withdrawn some 313s for the heat and 313201 was an unlucky pick

That would make sense if the 313's are prone to fires

313201 was in service today on the Brighton - Littlehampton route, but has just returned to Lovers Walk early.

Not sure how fire could be caused by the sun, rolling stock materials are deliberately intended to not be combustable...

313.220 spectacularly caught fire a while ago at West Worthing, there was a thread about it on Rail UK. There was another one but can't remember off the top of my head when
