Seems that the updated pacers are now:
101- still 143602
102- still 143607 ends Rhymney so should be 101 tomorrow
103- 143616 ends Treherbert so.should be 104 tomorrow.
104- 150
143601 should be back out on 13:58 Cardiff to Merthyr, 15:06 to BarryI, 16:43 Treherbert, 18:27 Bridgend, 20:38 Radyr, 22:07 Cardiff

That should quieten the doubters who say they will have to have another extensions because TFW won't be able to manage
I suppose they could always come back until they get smashed to pieces. Not that I expect them to do so. Next week will certainly be interesting if the 769s don't step up to the mark.
I doubt they will last beyond Saturday. I think it is 602 and one other off tomorrow so that leaves four or five useable units for the rest of the week. Forget any talk of an extension I happen to know that sales have gone through and the units end on or before May 31st but I strongly suspect the last day in traffic will be Saturday as the survivors will go ECS on Sunday or Monday.

Dispensation isn’t required to run the trains on the mainline… only in passenger service.
Yes, looks to be the case. 602 and 606 both showing on the Canton to Landore now.

I think it was 2P08 Rhymney to Penarth them 2R09 as far as Central it seems

When you say “sales have gone through” is that to a scrapyard or preservation? I guess most or all will be scrapped ?
Last run was rear of 2P08 Rhymney to Cardiff with 150281. Swapped out at Cardiff Central at 09:09.

It looks as though the answer will be NIL but cannot definitely confirm that and will have to ask on Saturday. There will only two left
Not all will be scrapped, no idea on numbers.
As it stands 8 have future homes, 7 havent so likely will be stripped and scrapped.
