Here we go again, another £1bn of reopenings with no viable Business Case. Expect the SNP to be promising these as further election bribe sweeties any time soon.

Good grief. I wonder if this is the ‘well developed proposal’ that was suggested to be imminent in the Deeside line thread. It’s a perfect example of crayoning.
