Hello folks,

Does anyone know the procedure re A Guard to Commercial Guard internal assessment? What's involved, full process as if an external candidate or just the maths and ticketing test?

Yes, that's a specific interview just for current guards applying to be commercial guards.

Interview is very similar to the one you would have first had with the company in all honesty. For example 'Tell me a time you did...', 'what does this mean to you etc.

Have you done the interview from Guard to Commercial Guard?
Out of interest how was it compared to the first one?

No I transferred depots as a commercial guard but they gave me the commercial guard interview before transferring! Very strange but such is the railway
