Just come across an old picture of a Class 56 dragging an EPB around on the Southeastern Division of BR back in the day when it was snowing in order to maintain a passenger service .
Is there any locomotive today that could drag 465s or 375s around in passenger service.?

While there are some locomotives which have the right couplings and internal workings (eg ROG 37s), they are unlikely to be authorised to be hooked up to a unit in passenger service.

They wouldn't be able to supply the electric power required by the unit for lighting, aircon, etc, so it wouldn't be a workable option.

The 56 referred to in the original posting wasn't able to do any of that for the EPB either, not that there was any aircon available on that unit.

But EPBs didn't need power for things like door opening/closing, either; something that would be needed now, as the batteries on the units would only last so long.

So perhaps the OP's question should have been the other way round: Are there any EMUs that could be dragged in passenger service by a locomotive? And apparently the answer is NO.

I'll mention the 442s before anyone else does...!

Class 390 Pendolinos by a Scharfenberg-fitted 57, though it isn't done any more it was for a fairly long while.

The above two posters got there first! So far as I am aware those are the only units currently in service which were designed to take an ETS feed from a loco - 750v for the 442s, and standard 800-100 for the Pendolinos. I don't know whether the wiring has been maintained in usable order on the 442s.

Pendolinos probably still OK for it, but I don't believe it's normally done these days in passenger service - in their earlier days they were regularly taken to Holyhead by a Class 57, and drags in service over non-electrified lines (especially the Settle Carlisle) were not uncommon.

Earlier slam-door units with opening windows were a very different beast to modern classes with sealed windows, aircon and power doors.
