Out of interest, is there any advantage to getting a GS3 over a GS4 (as in, if you presented 3 tickets on a GS4 and said the other person wasn't there, would it be valid)?
I used to live on the French/German border, and regularly travelled at weekends on the Schoenes-Wochenende-Ticket, which allowed (at the time) up to 5 people to travel on non-intercity trains for next to nothing. It used to be commonplace to get students approach you on weekends and offer something (chocolate and/or beer, usually) in return for allowing them to accompany you on such a ticket. With the popularity of GroupSave, could we see something like that happening here, or are British people simply too reserved to go in for such things?
