Discrimination is the actual behavior towards another group. It involves excluding or restricting members of one group from opportunities that are available to other groups

You weren't excluded though were you? There was a fully accessible train 12 minutes later.

Not until you admit you are grossly in the wrong for posting a biased video all over the Internet showing half of the story and then go crying to the media without allowing Northern the time and courtesy of investigating your "complaint". Then you go posting numerous inaccuracies on forums such as this and DS and when you are found out to be a liar you change the subject and start making up more crap thus making you look an even bigger idiot...

dream on

Then we've got loads more questions, believe me this thread can last forever :D

I've got a question.

How do I get a nice little picture of a train under my name. I've found a nice little pic but I can't find an option to add it.

I'm going off topic aren't I

I have the perfect answer to all this. Why not withdraw all GB stops of ALL 142 trains from M. Problem solved: no disabled discrimination, reduce delays to all other passengers caused by the stop, ergo every one happy particularly K. Think I will suggest this to Northern as a bright idea.

Anyone suggesting Class 142s removal better make a case to a lot of people in the North that their removal would be beneficial! Yes they are bouncing sheds but they are essential as without them there is nothing!

Some lines that use them do get absolutely packed, try the Atherton Line to/from Manchester Victoria on a Saturday!

You might think that. Couldn't possibly comment.

I'm assuming your a rail enthusiast and therefore know a way around this but how would you do that, reduce GUI from 5tph (is it) to just 2tph from Glossop, which can accommodate wheelchairs

Looks like he has gone.

Probably looking for a site where he still has some support.

It's 3tph ;)

Well, thats me guessing for you. I knew 2tph Glossop, just swear in here somone said 5tph 9might have been that 12 min thing!), so they reduce it to two tph, with no link to Hyde, marple, Romiley and Woodley? unless its a 156, which may happen once one day, and 8 time sthe next. Stupid :D

He will need more than a two part ramp to get out of the hole he has dug, thats for sure.

But I suspect Mr K would think it a serious suggestion.... Indeed, whilst at it why not ban all cars that cannot be driven by Mr K. Then we would be all equal.:D

so you were being sarcastic? TBH mate it doesn't matter what you sya now, mr K is gone. Doubt he'll be back :D

What frustrates me is the unfairness of it all.

Tonyaryan can put his view across from end of t'internet to the other but the guard has no voice.

I just keep imagining how he must feel.

If he is guilty of discrimination I'd be the first to stamp on his whistle, but I don't think anyone truly believes he is.
