They still havn't sold it its been up for ale now for 9/10 months any buyers looked into it yet

Yeah but the competition commission appeal slowed it down and it was all put on hold. I think it is to be sold by Xmas.

how rude lol, seen a stagecoach man getting towed back to lilyhall last night thing it was 22598 cant quite remember now, no new double decker at bus station today when i passed it

47060 on Moorclose 51 this morning with 20129 on 50
47617 doing the circulars in Maryport
47617 took over on 51 after last services in Maryport (presumably) and 47060 is now on 50 - somehow

it was 16653 that packed up in Carlisle this morning. it went back onto 300 at 1710 from Carlisle.
16652 has packed up on 300 tonight, about a mile before Aspatria, on its way to West Cumberland Hospital. fitter in attendance when we passed it not long before 8pm.
16651 had also been replaced on 300 during the day, by 16734.
16447 seemed to last the full day on 300!
47024 has packed up on evening 30's. 22597 has went out to replace it.
an 08 reg Solo on Town Evening Services.
52635 been on a day trip to Blackpool.
nothing exciting in Carlisle really.
47751/2/6/7 are the 4 Solo's being transferred to Stagecoach North West from Preston Bus (they couldn't even manage to select 4 together!)
14193 is seemingly having some seats repaired before starting on school work in just over a weeks time.
was the last day for Stagecoach operating daytime 71, 101 journeys, and 680 journeys. the services saw a mixture of buses, including mini Darts, Citi Darts and B10M's.

Good to see Darts on the 86/89 lol I've only ever seen one on there once always see solos!!!

was also last day that stagecoach have monopoly in carlisle cos reays start running busses on monday. should be interesting. bit of competition might be a good thing. wonder if it will happen in workington and whitehaven next.
if they're wanting to operate illegally, then monday. if they want to operate legally, then its still a months time (they registered the 63 and 64 to start in October). they need to start being careful with taking on Stagecoach. Stagecoach WILL win.
will be interesting to see what Reays get on the 95 on tuesday (monday is bank holiday, so the 95 doesn't operate). the 75 had 2 709D's on it today, so it was 100% step entrance, despite being advertised wheelchair accessible! not a good image really, especially when the council paid Reays in excess of £160k to run the service for a year, including the purchase of the Primo's.

i thought it was next week oh well not long to wait and see what they use. theres only so much stagecoach can do they cant stop competition. saw lots of step busses in workington today not many mini busses round

If its major competition SC have the ability to poor money into an area or transfer vehicles in. Reays do not. In Preston SC when mad with new buses, however I doubt Reays will be as big a threat as PB lol.

Would be nice is some of PB's transferred solos come west cumbrias way
Nothing spare from PB I don't think, the4 at CE are been painted and then going back to join SC's fleet in Preston to operate a route that moving over from PB. Shame, would be nice for u lot to get more solos!

Well the ones up for paint are 51 plate so I don't think they would be much better lol.
