No it's had alot of TLC since it's arrival, hopefully it will be a decent bus once it's all done, I was hoping they would re-trim the seats as they looked very worn so I'm glad they are doing it, I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

No sorry, can't help you there.
Hopefully when the 4 scans arrive and the fleet movements finish they will give our s regs a bit of a makeover repaint and new seating and a good clean

Vario 42025 on low floor Harrington, with 47616. so that'll be a Solo on non-low floor 58. lack of luggage space on 42025 meant a buggy had to be folded up and put across 2 seats.
20910 on low floor Seaton with 47005.
and rather unsurprisingly, 34616 running around Staff Shuttles!
16447 joins 16652 and 16653 on 300, dunno what the other is.
20130, 20905 and 20919 join 16733 on 30 and 31.
20962 short 300.
20918 SL Ltd with 20934 and another B10M.

47062's front LED has been on and off during the afternoon. passengers at bus stops have been failing to see the destination board, which is partially hidden, so they've been flagging it down at bus stops, to find its the wrong bus.

 I'm trying to think of something to say! Words fail me
I'm trying to think why we have 42025, oh thats right for the 58 and on the 58 was a solo. :| 34616 on Staff Shuttles is rather ridiculous, especially with today's allocations <(

Ours are good, I have only been on one from Greaves to Morecambe but it seemed fine. I'm going to Preston on the bus tomoz so may get a Scania and that way I can tell you exactly how they are lol.

17021 on 68 today along with the normal 04 Tridents
20451,20463,16657 and 16666 on the 42. I thought I saw a Fleetwood driver on the 42 which surprised me.

What for surely not the 86/89

It was mentioned a while back on this forum that those two vehicles had moved to Fleetwood. It has been suggested that they were temporary vehicles for the 86/89 until the 2 E200's arrive. I don't think they have seen service yet.

They could see off two Marshalls when the E200s arrive but who knows, we'll have to wait and see :)

Yeah thought 47001/2 were going when your E200's arrive. Which ever way, if you see off two Marshalls/Solos, then they would more than likely end up at Lillyhall! :| they would hopefully replace 42025 and 34079. (please not marshalls , but then again depends on the condition of the Solos as they are KX51's :-?

20711 and 20984 on 552.

I imagine the N--LTN olys will be kept, they are Volvo after all, so should be repainted at some point.

I can see the Darts staying at Preston to either replace 20475/6 or 2 Marshall darts.

33203/4 were withdrawn from Lincolnshire due to them being unable to carry a wheelchair or buggy or anything. the original owner took the option of 40 seats rather than 36 + wheelchair space. Stagecoach are also seemingly selling off low floor Volvo B6BLE's (P reg's from Western) which have a similar problem. 36 DP seating rather than lower seating capacity with a wheelchair space.

Blackpool Transport are putting that livery on all buses over the next few months supposedly, reducing the amount of operational spares (general pool of spares, rather than a few spares for each line plus a general pool), and withdrawing the last Optare Delta's. i also heard they're planning to take a "small" batch of brand new Volvo B7RLE's to see off the remaining Delta's after Line 6 was withdrawn. the changes should increase the number of wheelchair accessible buses on standard services, leaving the step entrances on school work.

2 Preston Bus Solo's from their reserve fleet (PE51's) are up at Carlisle for paintshops. was a rumour they're coming back out in Stagecoach livery (being removed from Preston Bus to give a smaller sale package), but we'll see if it happens like that.

20711 has a route/traction learner driving - hence the choice of vehicle I guess!

No doubt 33204/5 will hang around despite being unsuitable.

Would be very handy if the PB Solos came out in SC livery....in fact, would be nice to know who the bidders are!
