LNER recruiting Driver Team Managers (Various depots.)

LNER today have advertised for Driver Team Managers at London Kings Cross, Newcastle & Leeds. Closing date 05/10/2020.

Does anyone have any basic info about these roles? I'm aware of the usual DTM remit, but any info on salary, on-call requirements, cross depot cover etc would be appreciated.

I have not idea about pay or what they do is it like a line manager or a cdm job? Are LNER any good to work for?

Does this mean they'll likely be recruiting qualified drivers soon? Given there's at least three vacancies it would indicate to me like they want some sort of expansion.

The last qualified driver advert for LNER was December 2019 and those successful still haven’t started yet! A few of them are yet to complete a medical, yet alone be given start dates and serve lengthy notice periods at their current TOCS / FOCS.

Wow! Interesting that Trainees are now being recruited for LNER....is it a case of predicted demand?

I have been told that LNER are planning on using trainee drivers for the foreseeable future, no qualified recruitment. Bear in mind DTMs will be needed for trainee drivers as well as qualified drivers.
