I am thinking whether the Super Off-Peak Day Return (CBA) [Any Permitted] from London to Southend Stations would be permitted on both C2C and GA.

If so, the journey will cost only 14.70 + 2.4 *2 = 19.5, for contactless / oyster card PAYG from Euston to Fenchurch Street / Liverpool Street and ticket from Fenchurch Street / Liverpool Street to Southend Stations.
If Liverpool Street is not permitted to use, would it be possible for OP to join the Greater Anglia trip at Stratford? (Super Off-Peak Day tickets from SE London, £21.60 with Cross-London Journey facility, seems to agree that both C2C and GA trains can be used from Stratford)

There is no Super Off Peak Day Return ticket from London Terminals to Southend Stations. There is one to Southend Central but this is not valid to use between Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria.

I'm not exactly sure which ticket you are talking about and how it relates to the OP's proposed plan to travel (from Euston and then ) Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria followed by Southend Central to Fenchurch Street (and then back to Euston)

Officially the ticket is valid for a journey on the Underground between the appropriate London Terminals. My view is that it would be difficult to argue that Euston is on an appropriate Underground route between London Bridge/Victoria etc and Liverpool Street/Tower Hill and we need to be careful when giving such advice.

Depending on OP's level of confidence with London and degree of mobility, they may wish to use a Finsbury Park - Southend Stations Off-Peak Day Return, which is slightly cheaper than South Hampstead (£25.70 versus £23.00). But this would involve a walk from Euston to King's Cross (or St Pancras). This isn't too long, and there are a number of options for the walk - you don't have to use the rather polluted Euston Road - but could still be a little intimidating for someone with no local knowledge.

As St. Pancras International is being quite close to Euston Underground, I guess OP can go directly to Euston Underground instead of King's Cross St Pancras Underground for the interchange?

Ask yourself if this is a reasonable route? Although you'd almost certainly get away with it I'm not sure it's reasonable.
