Would be nice for them to replace the old clock that used to hang from the roof supports, while they are up there :lol:

i liked that clock! they definately need something in the bus station that has the time on it! saying that, it'd be set to Stagecoach time, and not GMT! :lol:

Lancaster Bus Station is closed for 9-days as from today!

I wonder how many of the idoits (Passengers), will complain that the buses are not stopping at the bus station.

Unfortunately, I am at work on the 8C's today.

Stagecoach have confirmed that the vehicle order for 2010/11 is as follows:

* 100 Scania Enviro 400 double-deckers
* 63 Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 double-deckers
* 70 Alexander Dennis Enviro 300 single-deckers
* 76 Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 midi-buses
* 16 Volvo Plaxton Elite coaches
* 3 Optare Versa midi-buses
* 9 Optare Solo mini-buses
* 1 Volvo Plaxton Panther coach

I assume the 3 Versa's were the ones destined for the X12.

47007 done 2015 X5 to Cockermouth. on return to Workington, it had "Workington via" in small font on top line, with "Gt. Broughton" in larger font on bottom. surely "Workington" in the bigger font, with "via Gt. Broughton" in small font would be better?
47060 on Workington Evening services.
47024 and 47062 on evening 30.
52628 on evening 301.
47006 on SL Ltd Contract tonight.

20994 in Maryport at around 2:20 on a 300
20901 on Seaton
47059 and 47007 on Moorclose - 51 running just over 10 mins late on the 3pm slot

I take it that 17017 hasn't entered service, yet - any thoughts when
---old post above --- new post below ---
There was no 16:30 51 service, likely down to it running behind - no catch up though

35248, 35249 and 20923 on 30 and 31.

Workington Town Services are operating from the bus station annexe again. stands C - E are blocked off for the roof replacement work. X4/X5, 300/301 to Whitehaven & Carlisle, 30/31 to Maryport and 30/31 towards Whitehaven, are all squeezing in stands A and B.

temporary route 53 has now finished. 30 and 31 are now back to normal routes between Workington and Whitehaven. traffic is down to one-way where roadworks are taking place, with temporary lights directing the traffic. delays to services to be expected.

20966 was on 66, then went onto 93. 20904 on 66 as well.
mini Dart 33161 on 76.
20909 on CE operated 600.
20943 (i think) on 554

47721 is up at Carlisle from Penrith.
52627 was in back of big shed.
52626, 14247, 16397, 16330, 16338, 34703, 34683, 34717, 33162 and 42090 in Workshop areas.
34696 in bodyshop.
both Driver Trainers, 14254, 14235, 14268 (with a rather big lean), 16441 and 16870 were parked up down the back of the depot.
16343 parked next to the lift thing in back corner.
14232 parked up in what is usually a "dead" lane (furthest away from workshops and paintshops, next to garage wall).

No.. Should it have?
I'm not sure, somebody said it has been finished with in Lancashire on the side so I assumed it was ready to go to Chorley but could be wrong.

I'm not looking forward to getting home and having to go through this haha I'm sure its not that bad!

Also 16184 has been seen operating several services in Preston, has 17021 made it into service yet?

16184 has been in use on the 9s, 61s and 68s. 17021 isn't yet into service yet (seems odd seeing the 9's and 68's at least are low floor routes) so I suspect it may be needing some work and is awaiting a slot in the busy workshop.

All Services running through the south end of Maryport were disrupted between 10:45 and 11:10 today, as a small boy was (I believe) hit by a car. No vehicles were allowed past the Traffic Lights by the Station Inn, Grasslot, and due to this 16447 (Running 300's) was held up on the south side of the incident for some time, and An Enviro 300 held at the stop which is 2 meters from the lights. From what i could see the Driver of the E300 had been assisting at the scene and the boy was sat up, conscious.
