Does anyone know by any chance what the engineering work is that's closing the Wigan Wallgate - Kirkby line tomorrow (5th Sept)?

It's to enable a bridge on the A570 Rainford bypass to be refurbished/renewed. There's a story about it on the Network Rail website's Media page.

The railway goes over the road so it shouldn't be an issue anyway.
