Hey, earlier in the year I did my psychometric tests. I found the computerised ones the easiest part. Personally I found to just stick to the practice examples given, you really do not want to over think it. Ultimately with these tests you either can do them or not.
It's easier said than done, but don't stress to much about it. The fact you have passed the first stage is a great and that you are probably more than capable of doing them
The MMI is one to practice, questions I found thanks to this forum helped me prepare;
1. Describe a time when you followed rules and procedures
2. Describe a time when you have solved a difficult problem
3. Describe a time when you have been on a training course over 2 weeks or greatest achievement
4. Describe a time when you have handled an emergency situation
5. Describe a time when you have worked for long periods of time alone
6. Describe a role you do similar to a train driver?
