Avanti WC advances

Avanti West Coast advance availability is still only until 4th September as opposed to 2nd October for LNER.
Anybody have any idea when they might get released please?
Looking to book London to Glasgow and return.
Often treat myself to go by LNER to Waverley then onto Queen Street despite the change and longer journey but as their 1st Class catering offer is somewhat limited to crisps, tea & biscuits I'll probably wait for Avanti and do the shorter standard journey but I am concerned the LNER standard fares will be much higher by the time Avanti release their's giving me little choice...

Another Friday arrives and still no Avanti Advances beyond 4th September (weekdays) and the coming Sat/Sun for weekends.

Can anyone in a position to know what is intended please share the knowledge with the rest of us? If they are stopping Advances at least give us a bit of time to make other arrangements.

LNER have a timetable change on Sept 7th and need to finalise train and staff diagrams and seating capacities. There’s more work than in normal times so it takes longer.

I noticed they were selling tickets for the 6th but said service may not run and you may have to pay more. Why are they selling them?

Walk up fares are available to purchase up to 12 months in advance.

Numerous dates released this morning, I have bagged a very cheap pair (even cheaper by Trainsplit) for the return leg of my journey.
Outward is a Saturday so will keep waiting!

It is extremely random (though I'm sure there must be a reason.) For Glasgow to Euston anyway you can get most Fridays and Mondays (and the odd Weds) right up to November 13th!!!
Use their best fare finder to see more easily...

I notice that when looking for northbound advances (in this case EUS to CAR), that fares tend to go up Mon-Fri the further into September one looks, yet they are cheaper when I look only a day or two in advance from the present, and on some services (usually Tues to Thurs), no advances at all. Can anyone explain this? Thanks!

Now showing Advances for weekdays available up to 13th November. Not as cheap as they used to be though. Still no progress beyond this weekend for weekend Advances.
