Train Manager - East midlands Trains

Hi,

I have seen currently EMT are hiring for Train manager at various location. I am already working as Guard for another, I just had few questions if someone already working for EMT may be able to answer for me please.

What is training salary and for how long?
Any enhancement for saturday and sunday working?
How many holidays per year?
Is bank holiday part of working or do you get day in lieu if worked?

Yes for the talent pool but everything seems to be moving slowly due to covid
