Given the massive disruption to automotive production, demand and movement across the entire Globe due to the coronavirus the answer is "probably not".
Even if there are some 'catch up' movements fairly soon it is far from clear that future levels and patterns will be the same as what went before.

Sadly buying a new car is not gonna be a high priority for anyone for a long time- particularly with the possibly for many of redundancys and or reduced income.

I wouldn't say anyone, as there are people with loads of cash in the bank etc. But I do agree that for most people, buying a new car will not be high priority as we enter a period of financial instability.
