Is there any plan at all to fully refurbish the 3-car 158s with Fainsa flat cloth seats as they’ve been in their current state since about 2017?

The old Arriva management did plan to replace the seats at a later date (sadly IMO, especially in the MS vehicles which still have the extra padding in the seats added by Northern Spirit for TransPennine services). Although the Operator of Last Resort has now taken over, I assume the changes will still happen, though they might be delayed by the current situation.
The 3 cars are on the radar our head of the refurb project asked for images of the interiors as they're all slightly different from the seat moquette to the grab handles

The Fainsa seats are still flat cloth I believe, certainly the last one I went on a couple of months ago was a recent returnee and had flat cloth coverings
All 158’s coming back with new seats have got the flat cloth up to press.

Neville hill dont normally have any 156s so possibly 150s or 158s.Looks like a possible 156 change over between Neville Hill & Wolverton 12/05

156 480 ( isnt it in Royal Airforce blue) was a Heaton allocated unit. I'm not aware of any 156 duties from Nevill hill since the last timetable change although crews still sign them. Perhaps there going to return post pacer.156480 was at Neville Hill yesterday 10.05.20

All 331/0s are at allerton, 331102 has moved to Skipton leaving 103 and 105 the last 2 331/1s to transfer east.

Units from "foreign" depots can appear at Neville Hill for a multitude of reasons. Examples include having been put on a late service from Man Vic or the like overnight (doesn't have to have booked work to end up on it) and needs fuelling or to go through the wheel lathe (as Heaton doesn't have one and is why 156s have ended up on NL during the many years 156s didnt have work in Yorkshire) amongst others

Think 103 and 105 are moving on the weekend or Friday. Maybe there's already a path in for the move.

You never know. 158’s quite happily work to 75mph schedules. The Leeds - Skipton part of Carlisle services is and they’re booked for 158’s.

My prob out of date list has 150 223, 156 425 at Wolverton so may be one of those.

These must be the former ATN ones which have only received an internal repaint and compliant toilet? The Porterbrook and ex Scotrail ones are having a full refurb at Wolverton and Eastleigh respectively.
