No, Mauchline is not on the line section that we are currently on, of which Commondyke was the last valid station.

I'd best sit the remainder of this journey out -- completely bewildered (stupidity on my part, I have no doubt !). Second "Mauchline" struck out.

We next move to England for the next journey.....

This is number 802 in the series so far.....

The journey starts at the closed station of Warkworth
It follows the line of the Newcastle and Berwick Railway...note 1st and 2nd stations
It then follows the line of the NER Durham Coast Line...via Gateshead
It then follows the line of the Clarence Railway
It then follows the line of the Stanhope and Tyne Railway
It then follows the line of the Derwent Valley Railway (Co. Durham)
It then follows the line of the Newcastle and Carlisle Railway...via Ryton
It then follows the line of the Border Counties Railway
It then follows the line of the Border Union Railway
It then follows the line of the Edinburgh and Hawick Railway
It then follows the line of the NBR Kelso Line
It then follows the line of the Jedburgh Railway
The journey ends at the closed station of Jedburgh

The first closed station on this journey is Warkworth

Well, that journey was nothing but "interesting" to say the least. I have added Sleightholme to the Wikipedia line template of the Solway Junction Railway where it had been omitted in the past.
It was very interesting, thank you for launching it. Oh and thanks for making that Wikipedia edit :) I had been intending to but it slipped my mind.
