Definitely not an unreasonable assumption to make. I’d agree that there are people staying at home, when they really should go to A&E.Well true, but there is potential correlation between reduced A&E admissions and increased deaths not directly attributed to covid. Getting that data sorted will take time, but it is not an unreasonable assumption to say that there is likely to be correlation between being told to stay at home and these extra deaths.
