Do you know what they plan to do with them when they go?No point painting them when they're going off lease in a couple of years
As already been mentioned only the 2 390s have gained the new livery. It is a lot easier to do the livery while the refurbishment is taking place at the same time as it will reduce the time the train is out of use on what is probably a quite intensely worked fleet already, this is what TFW are doing with the class 175 fleet. Most company's take a bit of time to get the trains rebranded at the start but it will come together at some point. Take EMR or TFW as an example. Although the former has not internally referbished trains yet.Does anyone know how many Pendolinos have the new Avanti livery yet? I've only seen one or two so far. Also noticed that the Voyagers have a new livery too, it's quite basic.

Later this year. When was the refurbishment programme due to start?
Also marketing/management won't want a situation where trains with the new brand turn up and passengers find that it's still the same old... inside; generally in the marketing world if you are going to re-brand something, the whole offer needs to show the brand otherwise you are pissing your budget up a wall.As already been mentioned only the 2 390s have gained the new livery. The two that were done were only done for the brand launch.
I suspect the current temporary semi-nationalisation may end up becoming permanent.
Yes, the SWR 444/450 facelift is complete and it did take 12 months longer than planned (the original plan was totally unachievable). Only two units were vinyled at the start of the franchise and a start has been made on repainting the entire 450 and 444 fleet. They are not going to stop that programme - in fact I would think they can't as it will be a planned maintenance task.If First treat AWC as they have South Western, don't hold your breath.
I think SWR have eventually finished the interior re-trims, though it took nearly twice as long as they'd promised. But, two years and eight months after the start of the franchise, most trains are still in increasingly faded and dirty South West Trains (Stagecoach) paint. A handful of units were reliveried for the launch, then pretty much nothing for a couple of years. Some repainting started late last year, but is presumably now in abeyance again. Whether it ever makes further progress under First's control is probably doubtful, passenger numbers were falling away even before the virus, and they're through the floor now, off peak trains seem to have passengers in single figures. I suspect the current temporary semi-nationalisation may end up becoming permanent.
EMR haven't repainted anything except 222104.
All of the ex EMT fleet is still in EMT colours with an EMR logo slapped on

Also to try and seperate the 2 brands of WMR and LNWR.the only franchise that I can recall where rapid repainting (vinyling!) occurred was WMR (not including LNWR) - but that will have been driven by the launch of TfWM as much as any urge by Abellio to rebrand.
Do the trains with the AWC livery have new interiors then?
