PIS! CIS is at stations. The manufacturer for the 700s, 707s and 717s PIS is Televic Rail, who also supplied the PIS for quite a few other British trains.

Indeed, all I did was take the best parts from all three of the Desiro City Class and used it to create what I think would be a decent unit fit for both Metro and Outer Suburban work - note the Class that I used doesn't actually exist so I've complied with the guidelines provided by the OP of this thread especially as they said nothing about not using existing designs to provide a brand new one.
