That is a station on the Monmouthshire Railway and Canal Company line, which we do not visit on this particular Journey.

We have just left the Coleford, Monmouth, Usk and Pontypool Railway and the journey preamble that says we next access the Newport, Abergavenny and Hereford Railway ( a short stretch with just one closed station) before accessing the Taff Vale Extension Railway.
