TPE should be nationalised

It's about time Lord Burnham and his counterpart in Liverpool start beating the drums for TPE to be nationalised. They were quick enough to jump on northerns when the basics are that TPE have been worse than them for a very long time.

*Not a disgruntled ex employee nor someone who got the knock-back before the minister for misinformation asks.
