Hi All,

Moderators - I hope it's ok to post here. let me know if there are any issues.

Blink Films are offering a FREE photography master class to train drivers and workers as part of an exciting new photography series for Five.

Do you pass beautiful and interesting Landscapes on the journey into London?

Our world renowned and award winning Landscape photographer, Charlie Waite http://www.charliewaite.com/ will share his knowledge to help you take stunning photos. All using YOUR camera! Achieve stunning results whether you have a simple digital point-and-shoot, a full DSLR or trusty old 35mm. You will learn how to achieve the wow factor with expert guidance and a variety of practical and insightful tips. You simply need your own camera, a passion to learn and a desire to experiment!

We are appealing to train drivers because we are seeking for people who travel though the British Landscape as part of their job. If you’d like to know more and live or can be based in London and the surrounding area please send an email to Sam Knowles sam.knowles@blinkfilmsuk.com

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be able to dedicate some or all of your days from the 5th – 7th July.

just to make one thing clear, we wont be asking people to take photos while driving the train! it will be done safely, not while you're working.

To be honest a great idea however I doubt it will be permitted for a driver to take photos whilst driving. I personally have some cracking photos taken when at a stand but never tried whilst the train is moving and wouldn't consider it on the grounds of safety.

That's why the person specifically stated that photo's weren't going to be taken whilst driving.

That sentence was included in TDK's quote! Just proves how easy it is to overlook something in a post when reading it, something I have done many times!

Anyway, I'm sure there must be quite a few drivers who are interested in photography and would like to learn more about landscape shots.

Doesn't really tie in with this...

Which begs the question why they are specfically looking for drivers and other rail staff?

They want people who see the countryside regularly, so know areas of beautiful landscapes.
