Arriva has actually done something right in my book which is have a gallery of photos of their traction easily available for all, for all their faults you cannot knock them for how friendly they seem to be towards photographers as a example, what other TOC has a similar gallery?

So well done Arriva as to DB, well it happens....

I didn't know that but at the moment, I think Arriva is the only one out there?

Still, if another company were to redesign their website to make it more user friendly, would the addon of such a gallery be popular?

It doesn't matter who the company is, just wondering what you guys think.

It could actually work in Arriva's favour. For example, a normal passenger looking at the site might complain about a 150 with toilets out-of-order opposed to an oldish train which customer relations will think is any train except a 175 meaning they may send a generic response refering to their 153 and 158 refurbishments, when this won't affect 150s.

You'd think that they would keep the page at least remotely up-to-date, and not have photos of 158s in Cornwall...
