Went for a run on the Penultimate day of the FloodEx...
Didn't see much SC wise, except:
33167 on 50, Showing something along the lines of "Wyndham Academy 35", with no boards!! Driver looked less than amused to say the least!

a LWB Volvo Olly on 30's, Don't know which one

20473, 20757 and 20923 on the Annexe.

Some of them are being re-trimmed into the leathery blue that they have on the open-top buses and putting them into the 18xxx tridents that have the seats facing the rear to stop people putting their feet on them and ripping them.

20308 suffered some sort of serious failure. The seats were installed in 2002. Indeed, 20308 was the first fife B10M-55 or B10B to receive the then new seats.

21007 is still out and about around Lancaster earlier today.
Not seen 21005 myself, for a while.
The railings at the back of the south bound stands, have had a good bashing lately.
I will be coming off the south circulars soon, but not just yet.
Three days-off now tomorrow (Saturday), Sunday & Monday, then work Tuesday, off on Wednesday due to being in court.

My court appearance is down to my ex-wife, who i divorced 14-years ago!
Like yourself, I too have been unable to gain access to the forum since about 8pm last night.
Preseved CMS Cumberland VRT 431, Stagecoach CMS Cumberland livered Olympian 14245, and open-top Olympian 16294 provide the free bus service between the City Centre and the Depot.

53337 from Lillyhall, parked up in the workshops.
also in the workshops were 14235, 16351, 16329 (engine failure), 24119 (i think. it was a 79/179 branded MAN E300 anyways), 52627, and 47721 with engine bay open.
16294 up from Kendal, doing the shuttles between Carlisle Bus Station and the depot.
14245 was there in all its shinyness, was also used on some shuttle rides.
16664 shoved round in a quieter area, shining away. would look better with a flip dot and grey seat trim.
20905 and 209xx in the bodyshops, showing the stages of painting (from service --> rubbed down and repanelled --> undercoat paint --> final gloss paint ready for service. 20905 was the one showing it ready for service, with Stagecoach in Cumbria fleetnames.
storage and reserve vehicles were blocked off in dead lanes. some reserve buses wern't anywhere to be seen.
14260 and 33138 were no longer in death corner. dunno if they've gone for scrap, or just moved away.
spare buses were moved to a vacant site on the industrial estate. 14202 was showing "MORECAMBE 2" on roller blinds on said vacant site. various other buses were lined up facing the road down to the depot with various displays shown on them.
16353 and a Citi Dart were used for Name In Lights.

Have to say, they don't do it as good as us, seemed quite cahotic at Willowholme today, goodness knows how they would have coped if all the buses that should have turned up did so, a rather dissapointing array of buses.
Well worth the trip to take the helm of REV 01 (WHH 556S) for a run on the 1110 trip out to Bridge End and back, Very grateful thanks to the Edge, Its a long time since I piloted a National.

Paul lee(engineering director) wanted a bus in the old livery instead of painting one into green.
In evesham for the weekend spotted a few stagecoach buses down here;
Ex-manchester trident 18189,optare solo 47010 and a couple of 17xxx branded for the 28.

Does anybody know how many Routemasters SC still own and what the future is for the ones they have in storage?
According to the last fleetcard there is one stored at LL and another at CE. Both are apparently registered to East Midlands...?
