Does anyone know if ARL do Vigilance tests? I applied for this role but yesterday I passed most of the assessments with SWR expect vigilance I failed on

What do you mean by vigilance test. If it's part of the psychometric tests , then all the toc's use them . Arriva also use quite a few extra test's too.

I have done all tests and passed with crossrail. Dmi left with crossrail. Anyone know that if I apply for arriva, would i go straight to DMI?

When did u apply for the position? And which depo?

Yes it is part of the psychometric test, it’s the one where you hit green button when grey square turns black. I wasn’t sure if all TOC use the same tests but thank you for letting me know and yes I had heard Arriva use extra tests

Has any one got any thing for the vacancy at Willesden Junction?

A friend of mine applied for this role a few days after release, still haven't heard anything back for WJ Depot. They are very slow though, I'd say a few more weeks before you hear anything back.

Well when I applied last year it took 3 months for them to get back to me so it might be a while.

This is true I applied last year and it took them a while to get back even for the “unfortunate” email.
This time I applied but I failed one of the assessment with another TOC so I wouldn’t mind if ARL take 6 months to get back lol

Well I initially received a no in October then they sent me a stage 1 invite in January and a stage 2 invite in February. This was all from the July campaign.

that sounds reasonable for most tocs but with arriva rail the process of actually getting a job offer once passing your DMI is much quicker then other tocs because they don’t have a talent pool

Yep, Once they contact you for stage 1 everything speeds up really it’s just the initial waiting period when you apply

the HR are really good even with me when I didn’t do no tests before the process from stage 1 to medical job Offer and start date etc was really fast , ARL is really good I’m still in a talent pool for another TOC its been nearly two years. I think people suddenly think when they apply they will get a reply the week after it’s all about patience I also think it’s important not to rush Aswell them tests are not hard but not easy but easily failed

Freightliner, I started my assessments october 2018.

I'm starting next week, and although they mentioned it in my interview I've forgotten what they said!

Freightliners were enhanced and perfectly fine. I had to take the SJ7 and VSE as freightliner do these online as a pre sift and ARL wanted them done in person.

Hi, I already asked that question earlier and I've been told yes you do.
I'm in the same boat lol, passed tests with Crossrail but failed DMI

I read your question but I thought you were referring to pass/fail. I think you still have to do SJT and VSE again. But that's not to bad anyways.
