WSMR through York last night

Around about 9pm a DB class 90 came throuh York with what looked to be a WSMR set and DVT. Any ideas where it was going and why? It was travelling north, and didn't look to be from a charter.

It was going up for a charter to Wembley today in connection with Whitley Bay playing there.

That looks vaguely right - however that evening's drinking didn't help the memory

I saw that same stock go northbound though Welwyn Garden City last night, thought it was the Chiltern stock then realise it was probably just the stock for some football special.

Looks like a toilet flushing and the DVT was being used purely as a brake van - apparently DBS drivers involved did not sign DVT.
